NetCLT specific application for Windows operating software. It is hybrid application between desktop and web application. Whole installation is only 5 MB and took only 2 minutes.

It use map providers as Google maps, Yahoo maps and Open street maps through api services. All GIS operation run locally, so our application is very fast. On the client side we don't need any special drivers - only Windows eviroment.
